Any good coach wants every player to flourish. This can only happen when task meet abilities. Players must find their correct positions. The same goes for business; you must put people in a position to succeed by matching their strengths, ability and core competency with the position in which you are asking them to fulfill.  Once you have the right people, in the right position, it then boils down to leadership…
